Cinderella 99 (also called Cindy or C99) is a powerhouse mostly sativa hybrid with humble beginnings.
In the late 1990s, Mr. Soul — founder of Brothers Grimm Seeds — discovered a few seeds inside a Jack Herer bud that he purchased in an Amsterdam coffee shop. He grew one into a cultivar named Princess, which reportedly provided a much more psychedelic experience than other strains on the market at the time.
From there, he aimed to create a super-strain that would allow him to share Princess with the world. First, he paired a Princess female with a Shiva Skunk male to add plant strength and used a triple backcrossing method called “cubing” to create the parent strain Cinderella 88. Finally, he bred Cinderella 88 with Princess once more to achieve what breeders call the Holy Grail of Hybrids — Cinderella 99
The name Cinderella comes from the fairy tale heroine, who, much like the cultivar, had modest beginnings, but bloomed into royalty. Consumers savor the strain for its fruity, floral aroma, thanks to a hefty presence of linalool.

This one was really tasty, like a cannabis laced fruit cocktail The effects were really chill, I felt I got a lot done that day, even went to the gym and did 20 minutes more than I usually do, not sure if it was this strain, but I do feel it gave me the extra energy and focus I needed.

I got a seed off a friend who was testing. I didn’t really know what to expect with this strain because I hadn’t heard of it before (new to the cannabis world, forgive me!) But I’ve been pleasantly surprised! I was hoping she would stay in veg longer, as she started flowering around wek 3, but i guess the faster, the better!

The prettiest princess in my tent. this beast put all the others to shame (and took up all the light tbh! haha) She’s massive and extremely top heavy. These buds are seriously no joke. Even after drying, they are almost fist sized and super dense.

first is WOW ! thought it was going to keep growing up! 2 out of 3 that is. tall girl for sure. but buds all the way down the branch,so many i hated to remove the larf. 1 of the 3 i ran is the classic auto structure and fat af. the other 2 show their sativa traits big time long twisty buds wrapping around the stalks. yield looks like it will be big most buds i’ve seen on a plant. easy to grow,, very vigorous ,, shes fast got to stay on top of lst an leaf removal. i ran them in dwc i will re order

I reviewed earlier i believe,but i just harvested my 2 cindys. These plants endured a shock to the roots due to a nute fall out i saved them. 2 were topped an still made 40 in the other I did nothing but LST. they are very vigorous,an the stretch is amazing be ready! there were buds from tip to main stalk every node. grown in DWC. finished in 100 days buds are dense , big an frosty
