After trying it a long time ago, the Fast Buds team knew it was love at first toke, and we immediately decided to get to work so we could add this fantastic strain to our catalogue. Following years of labor, we now present you with a gourmet autoflower strain with a mix of complex flavor profiles. It’s a balanced, high-THC hybrid, making it the perfect choice for cannabis lovers of all types.
Frosty, orange pistil covered buds. Boasting a vibrant green colour, with orangey golden frosty hairs, these buds will stick to your fingers with even just the lightest touch.
A rich green plant, that’s crystal covered leaves will sparkle under the sun or grow lights. A more Indica-like structure, quite stocky and with lots of compact buds. As it approaches the end of its cycle you’ll see it cover itself in orange pistils.

Growing Tips for Gelato Auto
As a more Indica structured plant, some light defoliation could be recommended as to help growth in the lower sections of the plant. A carbon filter is highly recommended, as she’s one of our smellier strains. Growers should also look to to harvest around week 9 once they start to see the pistils turn slightly amber/orange. Her abundance in resin makes her a great choice for making oils or extractions. The flushing process should start approximately 10 days before the end of the cycle.
Uses for Gelato

About this strain: Gelato
Gelato is a cross between Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies, named in homage to its sweet aroma. Also known as Larry Bird, Gelato (#33) was first cultivated in Northern California’s Bay Area and is derived from a deep bank of genetics created by the Cookie Family, the Sherbinskis family, and cultivator Mario Guzman.
The cultivators parted ways following its creation, and the cultivator who possesses the most “stable version” of Gelato genetics is up for debate. Cookies cultivates a few phenotypes and descendants of the strain named Gelato #42, Dolce Gelato, and a sun-grown Gelato. Sherbinskis grows four stabilized Gelato phenotypes in its rotation as well: Gelato #41 (Bacio Gelato), Gelato #43 (Gello Gelato), Gelato #47 (Mochi Gelato), and Gelato #49 (Acai Berry Gelato). Per Sherbinskis, the #33 phenotype is no longer in cultivation.

This one tho,,, hoooly cream, this stuff will NOT let you sleep, smoked it sometimes by accident before sleeping and well, no sleeping was done those times, this B will legit keep you up, you cannot sleep on this, don’t try it cuz u can’t, its an energy powerhouse not only in your body as it leaves you too active and makes you HAVE TO MOVE cuz you just start felling your whole body numb and only way to stop it is by moving, you smoke too much and damn paranoia will make you think the plant took the last step needed to finally be damaging to humans, it will make you think you smoked laced bud, you know it ain’t laced, but not after smoking you won’t, cuz after you smoke this one u get proper fckd up, you try to controll it but you can’t, till you finally go past the peak and feel like ur back in controll, at wich point ur just gonna smoke another one cuz the effect is addictive as FRIK, its like ur drinking 10 thc infused coffees and then some1 drops a bit of mdma on those coffees, ITS JUST TOO POWERFULL, for me. I had five girls in a SOG setup, I didn’t train them becuase Iwas afraid to shock them, but the were strong and when I defoliated them heavily but they didn’t even flinch. They really sold me on autoflowers and the buds were as good as they make them. And they only took 10 weeks from seeds. Usually I takess me as much tojust flower. I think all grow autos for a while starting with the rest of the seeds from the pack.

the buds were all sivery and fluffy from trichomes, as sticky as glue, with the tiniest fine pistils I’ve ever seen. in the jar the buds smell like ice cream but when you grind them up the smell is pungent gassy stink. they get you very stoned so don’t overindulge unless you want to take a nap in the middle of the day.

she was a large strong plant with rock hard buds, very easy to trim and completely covered in crystals. the smell is out of this world – superdank, fruity, with hints of ice cream. to strong for me to be a daytime smoke – the body feels very heavy, eyelids too. perfect to lie down and listen to music before going to sleep

I did a defoliation before harvest and then, after the chop spent like an hour trimming my two ladies. the buds are all calyxes with almost no leaves, everything covered in trichs. and they smell sweet, creamy and earthy with notes of cookies or bisquit and sometimes I get a whiff of chocolate when I open the jars.

the girl was insanely high yielding, took me ages to trim. it felt like there were a million nuggets. I stank for the rest of the day, even after a good shower. stinks like dank but also with some unusual notes, creamy plus all kinds of fruits and berries mixed together. I smoked a nugget even before chopping – it was a very happy uplifted effect with lots of energy but I expect the smoke will get heavier when properly cured

my best fast buds strain, period. such a lovely smell creamy, fruity and citrusy, great plant structure too, compact, strong with the densest and most resinous buds ever, powerful euphoric rush but the high was a creeper so it’s easy to smoke more than you should.
