Zkittlez (formerly spelled Skittles and Zkittles) is an Indica-dominant hybrid cultivated by California-based seed company 3rd Gen Fam.
Thought to be a cross between Grape Ape and Grapefruit, the strain won 1st Indica at the 2015 High Times Cannabis Cups in San Francisco and Michigan, and 1st Place at the 2016 Emerald Cup.

Solid growth from 2 of these, both smelled very similar they had a sweet candy nose that slaps when u open the bag. The bud structure is unique and offers great bag appeal. Suitable for growers of all levels. It responded well to stress and all types of training including topping, heavy defoliation and late super cropping.

had the pleasure to test the new strains, love all of them, but this one i think is my favorite. I have a few still curing so who know, maybe another one will take the 1st place, but for now, this one is the queen. I had her in a tent seperate from the other testers mixed with some other breeders, and the difference in quality was incredible. though it was my fault, all the strains in this tent suffered from enivronment issues as I had my power shut down in this particular space, but the only one that bounced back with a force was this one. the others just couldn’t take it. Not their fault, but just goes to show that the genetics here are top quality. love it, can’t wait to grow it again. i¡d said it would be a good one for beginners because of the resilience it showed

Another gem creation. It has become clear to me that Gorilla ANYTHING is a pleasure to grow, and choosing Zkittlez to add to it was a clever delicious idea. This girl of mine got a wee bit beaten up by the bugs, and I’ve yet to drop another, but with 2 seeds left – I believe she’s next on the drop list within a week. I do however have 1 decent picture to show off, and you will find it below.

I’m on week 2 already with this one and it’s already showing signs of being the best auto i’ve ever grown. I haven’t grown too many autos (perhaps around 10-15 in total of 5 years) since I normally grow fem photos, but this one is extremely impressive so far. The name drew me in as GG and Zkittles are by far two of my favorite strains. I would say so far, shape wise, she looks more like zkittlez, but I think it’s too soon to say. Time will tell!

This girl was the most unpretentious and inconspicuous. because she did not require special attention to her. grew without problems. the buds are also very very dense. like a stone. these buds are just my pride. because they are formed flawlessly. strewn with trichomes like snow. I sometimes just want to bite off the top of the bud. smell: wooden, coniferous, nutmeg. there is a little citrus aroma, but very far. The most productive variety of all. don’t let the photos fool you. the buds are not giant but very dense and heavy. Without prejudice, I will say that this is the most easily grown plant of all four. I can’t think of a single flaw. she’s just perfect.

grown so many fastbuds strains, including the gorilla glue auto and the zkittlez auto, i loved those both so I know I will love this one. got 10/10 germinated so get ready to see a tent full of these sexy ladies

She gets quite tall and her nuggets get huge and covered in sparkling trichomes, so make sure to give her some support (like bamboo sticks). She smells like fuel and Spices combined with Sweet and Sour Citrus. She gets quite stocky so make sure to have enough space for the entire plant to get quite wide. She starts out with a bit of a head high and then quickly shifts towards an Indica stone. And her flowers can also display some purple hues towards the end of flowering.
